Prices discussed over phone or WhatsApp are indicative. A binding price is issued only in a written quote after a physical or video survey. Once you accept that quote in writing, the amount does not change — except for items added after the survey, or access conditions at either address that could not be assessed during the survey. We confirm any such cost with you before carrying out the work.
A booking is confirmed against an advance. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled date is refunded in full, less any packing material already used. Within 48 hours, the advance may be adjusted against vehicle and crew already committed.
Cash, jewellery, documents of title, firearms, flammable or explosive materials, perishables and livestock. Please carry these yourself.
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Where transit insurance was arranged, claims are settled by the insurer against the declared value. Where it was not, our liability is limited to the assessed value of the damaged item.
Transit estimates are made in good faith. Delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes, breakdowns or regulatory checks are outside our control.
The balance is payable on delivery before unloading, unless agreed otherwise in writing. GST is charged as applicable and a tax invoice is issued for every job.
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
